- Nous avons étés très bien accueillis et le service est impeccable. Les piscines chaudes sont spacieuses et il y a de belles salles de repos au Spa. C’est aussi agréable, toutes les différentes salles de restaurant avec chacune leur style, ça permets une certaine intimité. Merci pour les attentions spéciales pour mon anniversaire, cela à été très apprécié  !

- An amazing service, very kind and thoughtful staff that’s always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, the view from the balcony is just incredible. A cute little gym, good pool and a great sauna with a panoramic window. Enjoyed the floating bed in a quiet room with headphones and classical music. Also really liked the smell of the soap they have, a small detail but very nice. Recommend  !

- I was only a guest at the spa, but it was fantastic. When I went there were almost no other people there at all, which made the experience fantastic. The warm salt water pool was quite relaxing and had nice jets, the fresh water pool was nice as well, but not what I was there for. They had many different saunas to pick from, and all of them were extremely high end and luxurious. Obviously I do not have any images of the saunas as there are no phones allowed.

- Cet hôtel est une pépite  ! Situé dans un coin très charmant, il tient toutes ses promesses. De plus, le personnel est aux petits soins. Parfait pour se détendre et se changer les idées.

- Un bel hôtel dans un environnement reposant typique de la Suisse. Le personnel est très impliqué, mais un peu désorganisé. On sent qu'il manque un encadrement intermédiaire. Un exemple: notre départ a été retardé (valises pas descendues malgré notre demande 3h plus tôt). Le spa est très beau, mais 2 hammam sur 3 ne sont pas à bonne température (trop basses), et surtout les règles du spa ne sont pas respectées par certains clients (hygiène douteuse, maillots de bains dans les saunas, silence non respecté). Le plus ennuyeux est qu'il y a très peu de personnel pour faire respecter les règles de base. Nous avons passé parfois 2 h sans voir personne de l'hôtel. A force de ne rien dire, la clientèle changera et ce sera pire (on le voit dans certains pays européens où on n'ose même plus aller au spa tellement les usages ne sont pas respectés). Bref, il y a à la fois de la pédagogie et du contrôle à faire de la part de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est très bien, le service rapide, mais un peu en dessous de la qualité du Beatus qui appartient au même groupe, notamment le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur du standing. Exemple: 15 minutes pour avoir une omelette car personne derrière les fourneaux. La décoration générale de l'hôtel est réussie, on se sent bien partout. J'enlève une étoile pour tous les petits points signalés plus haut. Mais nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, nous sommes certains que la direction de l'hôtel prendra en compte nos remarques. Chambres : Notre chambre était confortable bien que située juste au-dessus de la piscine (un peu de bruit le matin tôt). Les oreillers par défaut sont trop mous, nous avons passé une mauvaise première nuit à cause de cela, avant qu'on nous en propose d'autres.

- We spent a couple of nights here last year and weren't particularly fond of the kitchen. Gave it another chance this year, and have to say: brilliant  ! Everything we didn't like last time was different, and so much better. The suites are fantastic, breakfast options are vast and cover each and every wish, the lunch buffet and afternoon cake selection are great. Staff is nothing short of ingenious, we'd especially like to mention the Sommelier Mr. Grässli, who seems to be sort of the heart and soul, Vincenzo and Stella from the service crew who enlightened our stay every time we crossed their ways, Leonora who was responsible for the housekeeping on our floor and took attention to every detail, as well as of course the entire team at the reception. Can't remember all the names unfortunately, so please bear with us. Really everyone here is giving everything to make you feel not at home but in a really special place Massages were also stunning, notably from Michaela and Monika. Best anti-stress massage I ever had, thank you  ! Of course a stay here is no bargain, but considering all the services you get, let alone the unique location and surroundings, it's really worth it (if you're into mountains and luxury, that is). If we really had to find anything to improve: It would really help if the salad dressings at the buffet at lunch and dinner had a label/sign. There is always a choice of 2 to 4 dressings, but what they are is a matter of wild guessing (which left me with a strange banana-dressing on my salad one evening, yikes). For dog-owners: this is THE place to go  ! Your furry little friend is more than welcome here, our pooch was enjoying his stay so much, he's rather depressed to be at home again ????

- Unbeatable luxury hotel with amazing pool with jets overlooking the mountains. The bar is made of Swarovski crystals and the fine dining is exquisite. Highly recommend. Picturesque walks nearby & such a cosy and relaxing vibe.

- Overall, a great place to stay  ! Cozy, with special attention to its SPA services. The views are fantastic, the service is remarkable, the afternoon cake time is yummy, the proximity and overlooking the village is a great advantage  ! The rooms are quite small in size, but at least FULLY EQUIPPED ! I’d definitely come back ? Seating/rooms x1:??? Ambiance x1: ?? Service x1: ????? Drinks x1: ????? Presentation x1: ?? Food x5: ??? - Hôtel vraiment splendide. Le personnel est au petit soin. La cuisine est excellente. J’espère pouvoir y revenir.
